Introducing Goodfor
The inspiration behind Goodfor stems from my mom’s passion and knowledge on healthy eating. As long as I can remember, my mom had a knack for getting my brother and I to finish everything on my plate. She would convince us that broccoli was good for beautiful skin, walnuts were good for brain power, carrots good for the eye, apples good in the morning, and so on. This knowledge instilled from a young age, undoubtedly fostered my consciousness and passion for healthy eating.

After visiting over 20 juiceries in Southern California, I noticed a gap in communicating the health benefits of menu items, making it tough for health-conscious customers to choose. For Goodfor's menu, I aimed to visually convey the health perks of our juices. Collaborating with illustrator JiAe Park and photographer Haeran Kang, we crafted eight unique recipes targeting specific health needs, including skin detox, memory boost, and stress relief.

Located in L.A. Arts District - Considering the industrial vibe of the L.A. Arts District, we drew design inspiration from greenhouses. Their industrial, transparent, and lightweight form language perfectly complements the area's unique setting.

We transformed my living room into a photo stage for a 12-hour photoshoot, capturing compositions of the individual ingredients for the menu.
